סקירה כללית
Opal AI היא פלטפורמה ליצירה וניהול של סוכני עבודה מבוססי AI. משתמשים יכולים לחבר שירותים חיצוניים, כגון Google, כדי שהסוכנים שלהם יבצעו פעולות שהמשתמש מאשר.
איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
- פרטי חשבון כגון שם, כתובת אימייל וספק התחברות.
- הגדרות סוכן כגון שם הסוכן, תפקיד, הרשאות, טריגרים וקבצי ידע שהמשתמש מעלה.
- היסטוריית שיחות והרצות שנדרשת להפעלה, בקרה ושיפור תקלות בסוכנים.
- טוקנים לשירותים מחוברים, רק לאחר שהמשתמש אישר במפורש את החיבור.
מידע משתמש של Google
כאשר משתמש מחבר Google, Opal AI מבקשת רק את ההרשאות שנבחרו עבור אותו סוכן. עבור שליחת Gmail, Opal AI משתמשת בגישה ל־Gmail רק כדי לשלוח הודעות שהמשתמש ביקש או אישר. טוקנים של Google נשמרים בצד השרת ואינם מוצגים בממשק המשתמש.
Opal AI אינה מוכרת מידע משתמש של Google, אינה משתמשת בו לפרסום, ואינה מעבירה אותו אלא ככל שנדרש כדי לספק את פעולת הסוכן שהמשתמש ביקש.

שמירה ומחיקה של מידע
משתמשים יכולים לנתק אינטגרציות מתוך הגדרות הסוכן. ניתן לבקש מחיקה של חשבון, סוכנים, היסטוריית שיחות ונתוני חיבורים באמצעות פנייה לתמיכה.
אבטחה
אנחנו מפעילים בקרות גישה כך שכל משתמש יוכל לגשת רק לסוכנים ולאינטגרציות שלו. טוקנים ונתונים רגישים נשמרים בצד השרת ומוסתרים מתגובות API.

Privacy Policy
Overview
Opal AI is a platform for creating and managing practical AI work agents. Users can connect external services, such as Google, so their agents can perform actions that the user authorizes.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, and login provider.
- Agent settings such as name, role, permissions, triggers, and knowledge files uploaded by the user.
- Conversation and run history needed to operate agents, monitor issues, and debug failures.
- Tokens for connected services, only after the user explicitly authorizes the connection.
Google user data
When a user connects Google, Opal AI requests only the scopes selected for that agent. For Gmail sending, Opal AI uses Gmail access only to send messages the user requested or approved. Google tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in the user interface.
Opal AI does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not transfer it except as required to provide the agent action requested by the user.
How we use information
- To authenticate users and operate accounts.
- To create and run AI agents owned by the user.
- To perform actions requested by the user through connected tools.
- To maintain logs, security, and troubleshooting capability.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate the service, or by external APIs that the user explicitly connected and authorized.
Retention and deletion
Users can disconnect integrations from agent settings. Account, agent, conversation-history, and connection-data deletion can be requested by contacting support.
Security
We apply access controls so each user can access only their own agents and integrations. Tokens and sensitive data are stored server-side and redacted from API responses.
